D.R.E.A.M. is a Miami-based youth basketball organization committed to empowering young athletes through training, competition, and character development. Built on the core values of Dedication, Respect, Effort, Attitude, and Mental Toughness, D.R.E.A.M. provides a platform where players can grow both on and off the court—finding inspiration in every pivot.

Our program features a competitive AAU basketball team, a year-round basketball academy, and comprehensive private and group training sessions. Based in Miami, our coaching staff brings extensive experience from the local high school scene, collegiate programs, and professional basketball. With strong backgrounds in both playing and coaching, our team is passionate about guiding young athletes toward excellence.

D.R.E.A.M. is also dedicated to breaking down financial barriers in youth sports. We provide support for travel, equipment, and related expenses, ensuring that all athletes—regardless of background—have the opportunity to compete, develop life skills, and build lasting relationships.

Through community partnerships, fundraising efforts, and volunteer support, we are building a sustainable, inclusive platform that champions the power of sports to uplift, unite, and inspire.
Our Story
D.R.E.A.M. was founded by Isaiah Reese and his family with a mission rooted in gratitude and purpose. Growing up, basketball was more than a game for Isaiah—it was a lifeline, a community, and a catalyst for personal growth. Inspired by their own journey, the Reese family launched D.R.E.A.M. to give back and provide the same transformative opportunities to the next generation of youth. While the name D.R.E.A.M. is formed from the initials of the family’s different last names, it also represents the core values that define the organization: Dedication, Respect, Effort, Attitude, and Mental Toughness—the pillars of its mission and legacy.

What started as a vision soon became a reality with the partnership of Junior Desinor, who brought energy, leadership, experience and strategic vision to cofound the organization. Together, Isaiah and Junior turned the dream into a movement—one that uplifts and empowers youth through the power of sports.
